Braydon Court Shops

There has recently been much speculation as to what the Braydon Court shops will be, so to clarify the situation I contacted Mark Walker from Swindon Borough Council and asked him.
Mark said “there are three units at Braydon Court, the largest of the units as you will already be familiar with is taken by Martin McColls as the convenience store operator plus sub post office. This leaves two other units. The unit nearest McColls will be a Chip Shop (previous operator) .
The third unit is currently still being marketed and we have not agreed terms with any parties who have expressed an interest to date, but discussions are still ongoing with some third parties”.
