Fred Ferris, Penhill’s very own Town Crier has recently won ‘Best Dressed Town Crier’ in Ely. Fred from Penhill is Swindon’s official Town Crier and has won many awards throughout the years.

Penhill News would like to congratulate Fred on his recent award and will be catching up with him for a feature length story on how he became a Town Crier and what skills are needed.
